Clint Smith

For over a decade Clint had been crawling between 800-1000 different houses per year doing initial evaluations for termite and moisture service. Over the years Clint noticed many homes needed structural and moisture repairs, but the homeowner didn’t know who to call. From simple repairs such as dryer vent installation to structural supports, customers would pay for the repair to be performed, but because it was under the home no one was able to see if it was performed correctly or not. After extensive experience under houses Clint was able to see what kind of repairs were effective and which ones were not. He wanted to start a business that charged less than or similar to other companies, but still perform the repairs correctly. In 2023 Clint decided to start making repairs on the weekends, while still performing initial termite and moisture evaluations. The Lord blessed the company with opportunities and in January of 2024 the business started providing full-time services to the area. At first it was just Clint and his oldest sons helping from time to time. At this point (July 2025) we have 3 additional full-time team members performing pest, termite, moisture, and structural repair services.
